1. AceKing doesn't save sessions under Windows 7

Windows 7 have an advanced and complicated security and permissions system. After the AceKing installation, you might come up with a situation where AceKing doesn't save sessions, parameters, etc.

In order to resolve this, locate the database file (see FAQ 2). Right click on the "AceKing.nus" file, select "Properties", go to the "Security" tab and click on the user you use when you log in Windows. Then, select "Edit" and check the "Full Control" checkbox.

Restart AceKing. This, normally, fixes the issue. If you experience problems, please contact us.

 

 

2. Where are my files?

From version 5, the location of the database files has been changed. You can find them here:

Windows 7: Documents>NusEnvision>AceKing

Windows XP: My Documents>NusEnvision>AceKing
